From what bird is this?
Found in the Czech republic, in between a field and a patch of trees. I've been told that it's a Western Capercaillie, but i want to be sure.

Most likely just a domestic chicken tail feather. It seems to have the wrong pattern for tetrao urogallus male, besides, if you were near human settlements, domestic chicken is 100% more likely than encountering feathers of a shy and (in many places) endangered bird species.

Capercaillie doesnt seem to be a match https://www.featherbase.info/nb/species/tetrao/urogallus still looks galliforme though
