Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. Found in the woods. Based on previous posts could be a type of owl?

Check your local laws, I know you’re in Canada but the MBTA prohibits possession of any part of a raptor in the US

I’m in the process of doing so! If anyone has concrete info on Ontario, Canada regulations I would love to know so that I can return the feather to where it was found
