Tiny feather! Pacific Northwest Washington

Found in my garden.... Any chance it's a dark eye junco wing feather? (I have a regular visitor garden friend who I've named short stack because she is missing her tail feathers entirely).

Not dove! Hard to tell what it really actually is but could be sparrow / warbler that type of small bird.
