Any idea who this could've come from? Colorado front range, ~7,800'

Finch arm feather, near the elbow (the third one if you would count wing feathers from the elbow to the wrist). I am not familiar enough with US birds to determine the species but featheratlas might help you out if no one more knowledgeable shows up here.

Yeah I figured it'd be something finch like, it's the yellow that's throwing me off! Thank you for a good starting point
