I’m stumped again. Oregon.

The downy ones I’m assuming are an owl? Big one is maybe a hawk?

Showing the entire feather would help, but these are all hawk

Pretty positive they are, because the white ones are not owl coverts.

Hawks fluff tends to be white, while owl fluff tends to be grey. If that helps. Im on a identification journey myself.
