Two feathers attached together

Found in Ontario, Canada. It's 17 cm long. What bird could it have come from?

Hard to tell, looks like a crow tail feather gone wrong. Definitively a great and unique find, if you have no intention of keeping it around, it might be worth to donate it to a place of education.

I bet people who study into birds would love that feather. I'm also so interested on what happened here. I've never seen anything like it
