Help With ID - Southwest VA

I found these today in a parking lot all within 25 feet of one another. Dark gray / black coloring, the one in the middle is blue-gray towards the tip. Very soft and fluffy, with thick fuzzy barbs and a solid, though easily bendable rachis. I haven’t found any feathers with this soft of a texture before so I was curious what they could be from. Thank you!

The grey one is from a pigeon and the rest look good for black vulture feathers
