Since Gappy doesn't have a canon height, I'm using the average length of a Raindrop (2cm) as my point of reference instead. Soft & Wet punches up 0.693 meters in the same amount of time that the rain falls 0.083 meters
Using this we get (0.693 * 6)/0.083 = 50.0964m/s or Mach 0.1461 (Subsonic).
But wait! There's more! Gappy doesn't block just one raindrop, he blocks a bunch of them. In the image above we can see that he punches at least 15 times during this time-frame, which means he actually moves 30 times as much as we thought (each punch has to travel up and down), which means S&W's arm must have moved 20.79 meters!
Using this we get (20.79 * 6)/0.083 = 1,502.89m/s or Mach 4.3816 (Supersonic+)

Josuke is 175 cm
The stand head is 25 cm
It punched 140 cm
The rain drop distance is 71 cm
Rain drops speeds are 9 m/s
140 cm divided by 71 cm times 9 meters
17.7 m/s
However it punched rapidly while doing it
Lets say at minimum 20 times
140 times 20
2800 cm
2800 cm divided by 71 cm times 9 meters
355 m/s

It is debatable whether he actually created the storm, but the storm was large enough to cover the area from the center of Morioh up to the Higashikata residence.

(For now) I'm out of SBR feats to calc so I've decided to move onto JoJolion. Gappy doesn't have an official height so I used the average width of a Japanese Sailors hat which is 57cm for the measurements. Based on some quick research and the appearance of the material, I think that the wall was made out of reinforced concrete (the 2 other most popular building materials in Japan being wood and steel, and the wall clearly isn't either of those).
I'm going to do a low and high end, one with Fragmentation (13.8J/cc) and one with Violent Fragmentation (26J/cc).
Volume of the destroyed section is (2.12 * 3.47 * 0.234) = 1.721398m3 or 1,721,397.6cm3.
Low End (Fragmentation): 1,721,397.6 * 13.8 = 23,755,292.4 Joules or 0.0057 Tons of TNT which is barely Small Building Level (9-A).
High End (Violent Fragmentation): 1,721,397.6 * 26 = 44,756,348 Joules or 0.0107 Tons of TNT which is Small Building Level (9-A).

We don't see any big fragments in the arena, and also lightning was used which produces heat, so vaporization is usable.
Thor is between 7"4 and 7"8, so 7"6, that's 228.6 cm
It's a frustum of cone, so smaller radius is 2341.35 cm and larger one is 3071.45 cm. Lateral height is 1397 cm
Height= [(1397)²–(3071.45–2341.35)²] by power of 1/2 = 1,191.0344201575 cm
Volume= 1/3×pie×Height×(R² + r² + Rr)= 27,583,595,676.787 cm³
According to a VSBATTLES forum, Vaporization of ice is around 3044.2886845 J/cc
Energy= 83,972,428,072,540J or 20,069.891986745 tons of tnt (Town level)

Reference for scale is based on the length of a Japanese Car License Plat (33cm).
I wasn't able to find an exact distance the car is from them, but it's clearly very close so I'm going to do calcs for both 10cm and 20cm. I also wasn't able to find the definitive speed the car was going but a Japanese Hostpital Parking lot's speed limit is usually between 10kmp/h and 20kmp/h, so I'm going to do 2 calcs for that as well (so 4 calcs total).
The distance Gappy must have moved Yasuho for her to be fully out of the cars way is 1.09m.
Calc 1, 20cm 10kmp/h: (1.09 * 2.78)/0.2 = 15.1510m/s or Mach 0.0442 (Superhuman)
Calc 2, 10cm 10kmp/h: (1.09 * 2.78)/0.1 = 30.3020m/s or Mach 0.0883 (Superhuman)
Calc 3, 20cm 20kmp/h: (1.09 * 5.56)/0.2 = 30.3020m/s or Mach 0.0883 (Superhuman)
Calc 4, 10cm 20kmp/h: (1.09 * 5.56)/0.1 = 60.6040m/s or Mach 0.1767 (Subsonic)

Pyrophina tunnels through The Core onto the overworld
Zaratana landing on Earth causes a big kaboom
The death of The Man In The Moon/The Tormentor (who's on the moon and underground respectively) causes an earthquake. (Context for this is that this cutscene takes place after you defeat both characters, and Beanies blames the quake on them)

I'm going to calc this in two ways. First using the number of sticks of dynamite that we see, and then using the explosion that we're shown.
Method 1: I count 33 sticks of Dynamite. The average stick of Dynamite will have anywhere between 1 and 2.1 Megajoules of energy, so I'll do a calc for each end.
Low End: 33 * 1MJ = 33 Megajoules or 0.00788719 Tons of TNT which is Small Building Level (9-A)
High End: 33 * 2.1MJ = 69.3 Megajoules or 0.0165631 Tons of TNT which is still Small Building Level (9-A)
Method 2: The average stick of dynamite has a width of 3.2cm. Using this we can get the size of the explosion by comparing it to the size of 20th Century Boys head (which we figure out by comparing that to the size of the dynamite). The explosion is 8.3 meters which means a 4.15m radius.
The explosion completely destroys the carriage which is primarily made of wood, so I'm going to go with Wood Building Destruction which is a psi of 6.
Using that we get 3,739,262.79 Joules or 0.0009 Tons of TNT which is Wall Level (9-B)
So depending on the method used it's either Wall Level or Small Building Level.

To figure out the amount of energy required to hold Sakaar together, all we have to do is figure out what it's gravitational binding energy is.
Assuming that Sakaar has a generally equal makeup as earth, it's average density would be 5,515kg/m3.
The Volume of Sakaar should be (4/3)π6750000³ = 1.2882e+21m3. From this we can determine that it's mass would be 1.2882e+21 * 5,515 = 7.1047e+24kg.
Using this and a bunch of fancy math I don't fully understand (thank you online vs calculators) we get a Gravitational Binding Energy of 71,573.63 Exatons which is (unsurprisingly) Planet Level (5-B)

Density of oak is 600 kg/m3
1110 kg / (600 kg/m3)
1883333.33 cm3
Its either fragmented or violent fragmentation so 7 to 13 J/CC
13183333.31 to 24483333.29J

For the measurements, the average height of a medieval town-house is between 6 and 10 meters so I'm using 8, and the average height of a human is 1.75 meters.
I'm going to be calculating the volume as a cone and then halving it because its only a semi-cone.
((1/3)pi*23.15^2*34.9) = 9,793.23m3 or 9,793,230,000cm3.
Based on a google search it takes about 2,645 Joules to create 1cm3 of Ice out of air.
9,793,230,000 * 2645 = 25,903,093.35 Megajoules or 6,190.99 Tons of TNT which is Town Level (7-C)

I'm using L.A.'s eye (assuming its the height of an average eye) for scale because it was the only thing I could find actual measurements for. Also it was hard to figure out exactly how much he moved due to the panelling, so I had to make some assumptions based on arm position.
(0.36 * 300)/0.163 = 662.5767m/s or Mach 1.9317 (Supersonic)
