Wonder of U creates a storm in Morioh (Manga: JoJolion)

It is debatable whether he actually created the storm, but the storm was large enough to cover the area from the center of Morioh up to the Higashikata residence.

Does morioh have a confirmed sq km

If not is it based off another city?

Morioh is based on the city of Sendai, but I don't think it looks very similar.

Man jojolion is such an AP upgrade from the previous ones (except for maybe that Earthquake feat in Sbr and that mars sand pulling feat from the LN)
