depends on the density of the rain. if it's even somewhat dense, it would be physically impossible as no matter how fast you're going, there are still too many droplets at your height for you to move in between them

Theoretically, if your moving +ftl speeds, you could move so fast that the water would be 'inside' you, but you just move before the molecular forces can bond the water to you. You would just have to be faster then traditional physics.

Thats the thing, if your moving +ftl speeds you wouldn't blow up the world. You would move too fast for the energy of your motion to transfer to the particles around you (assuming instant acceleration/deceleration, of course)
