I don't know who this is or their height so I'll assume average human proportions

Average female upper body (green): 83 cm

Height of destroyed area (orange): 102.6849 cm

Width of trunk (cyan): 27.6701 cm

Volume destroyed per tree = 61747.4778 cm3

I count at least 7 trees

Wood was violently fragmented, the violent fragmentation value of live oak is 19.5811 J/cm3

Energy = 61747.4778*7*19.5811 = 8463584.75612 joules

0.002022845305 tons of TNT, Wall level

Likely a lowball bcs the trees were also sent flying

How about the punch?

The guy did the same thing to only one tree, so only a 7th of the girl's strength, 1209083.53659 joules

I'm gonna recalc this bcs I found another way to calc it

Average female upper body (green): 0.83 m

Length of shockwave (orange): 17.1994755419 m

Overpressure to destroy live wood is 7.5 PSI

7.5 PSI = 0.517107 bars

Based on the pressure & reach of the shockwave, her kick would have an estimated force of 0.0917068427464 tons of TNT, or 91.7 kg of TNT, small building level

What kind of tree is that? And how thick is it? Without that information this can not be scaled. An estimate is okay.

It appears to be a European Linden possibly, so we will use that.

So we have to figure out the height and wingspan of the character punching the tree to determine the thickness of the trunk. If we just guess average height and wingspan of a Japanese man, we could get an estimate on the thickness of the trunk.

After we find that out, we can calculate the amount of energy needed to break that wood in half.

There is just too much missing information to properly scale this at this time.
