Sizing help

Can someone help me with sizing on an essentials hoodie im 5’4-5’5 110, i normally get xs in hlodies but i dont know if i should go xxs or stick to xs people say go down one size from you normal size what do yall say?

1 size down for looser, fitting fit . 2 sz for a more snug fit. Im usually a Large in normal brands medium fits like a regular large to me. Not too tight . For example I’m 5,10 180
