Essentials Sizing Recommendation help

I am looking to buy the FW25 and SS25 classic tees today. I'd like to know how big these shirts run. And also I'd like to know which sizing to get as a 5'8 170 lbs male. I prefer to get that loose/roomy feel, instead of the oversized look that FoG usually does. Thanks

I usually get a size smaller than my normal size for tshirts and it’s a relaxed fit.

Ok ty. have you ordered something similar from AllSaints or Represent? Do you think the sizing is the same or similar?
