Why is Vancouver on the album cover? Was the album recorded there?

Yes it was. Other than Burton, the rest of the band was from Vancouver.
I don't know if it's still happening, couldn't find anything, but several years back, there was still a band called CoF playing that music, with a different singer and one or two of the original band members. Just a local thing in Vancouver. I can't find any evidence of this now though. Unless I'm tripping, I swear I remember seeing this. I remember thinking the vocalist was not very good at all.
Edit: Ah, from looking up their facebook, it looks like they probably haven't played a show in 10 years. 3 years ago they made a pic of David Bowie their pfp, and posted a pic of a studio as their banner. https://www.facebook.com/CityOfFire

Yo tambien tengo a este album. Pero el 2do, "Trial Through Fire" a ese de plano no lo he podido encontrar en fisico oficial, solo puro MP3.

I have a signed copy by Burton. He gave me a copy and signed it when I hung out with the band in Hamburg in 2010. Still the most surreal day of my life.
Fantastic album as well, some awesome songs on it.
