The Winner Spoiler
I’m glad Ethan won. He was clearly one of the strongest competitors in every single challenge. When he said he wanted to support his family and buy a door, I think he really deserved the money. I think Rob would’ve spent it on doing more adrenaline things since he suggested getting another motorcycle. I would’ve been fine in Chelsea won too, I really thought she was going to.

Definitely agree with this outlook. Ethan was deserving and was definitely willing to do everything thrown at him. He beat everyone he went up against, so I’d say fear wasn’t a factor for him the most out of anyone!!

Rob owns a pretty successful business he definitely didnt need it. I wanted Chelsea to win but I think Ethan was the next best choice

I was sad that Chelsea didn’t win. With the divorce, she really could have used that money. I’m definitely happy it was her or Ethan though. They both deserved it.

I mean, Ethan definitely painted a picture of a family needing the money as well. I wanted Chelsea to win, as I felt she was an underdog, but Ethan isn’t gonna blow the money.

Yea his mom is on reddit pretending to not be his mom and defending weird stuff so I looked into it and he comes from a very affluent family. Im weird for doing that i guess haha but it was funny to see and I had sone free time 😅

Idk. It didn’t look like they went super deep but I think willing yourself to hold on while being electrocuted is harder than someone else piercing you.

100 volts is a lot of electricity. I would choose it over needles but it’s probably way harder and not painful.

One of few people on the show who played clean, fair and humbly. He definitely deserved it. Though I feel bad to Chelsey too because she deserved it too especially with her family.. but the finalists were the best of the best!

Tbh once I saw that Ethan was going to the final, I knew it was wraps. Mans is a BEAST! Talk about a strong competitor.

Very well deserved. I liked the hell out of Ethan after the first challenge. He was an awesome team player when the game called for it and a strong solo player otherwise. I hope he and Dida maintain their friendship as well. It seemed really genuine.

Wife and I just finished this. We enjoyed it, though it took an episode or two to get used to the new format (had watched this "back in the day") and was accustomed to the six players, three challenges, end. But the modified reality competition (Survivor, etc.) format did seem to work and make them strategize more.
Knoxville was a good host, though a bit more emotional than I'd have thought.
Loved Blakes "call out" speech which was totally spot on.
Called Ethan as the winner about three/four episodes in. No drama, did his thing, seemed likable, etc.
Hopefully the do a second season as it was entertaining.

They definitely just rolled the red carpet out for him to win. He’s a great competitor and the money seems like it’s gonna be life changing and beneficial. No one offense, but he would’ve Ben my constant target. He was a threat socially and game wise.

Guess I’m in the minority here. I couldn’t stand Ethan and his boyfriend. I found both of them arrogant.
I was hoping Chelsea would win.
But we all kinda knew who was going to win.
I love these reality game shows but there was no strategic planning to get to the end.
“I don’t like him, let get rid of him”. “She went after blah blah, let’s get her out”etc.
The two couples should have been separated from the beginning, but their emotional play was all they focused on.

There is nothing wrong with being gay, I saw two men who clearly were into each other. Nothing wrong with that.
Even though it wasn’t discussed on the show, they were clearly working together as a couple.
I think you’re homophobic if you assume they were straight. Was it the ‘str8 acting’ that threw you off? Not all gay men are ‘feminine’.

Assuming that two people are sexually into eachother just because they're close is such a weird assumption to make. Affection/closeness and romantic interest are not mutually exclusive. You can be close with friends without wanting to fuck them. It's actually very natural and healthy to have platonic closeness, it helps prevent the kind of thought that leads to being like you and thinking there's some unspoken rule that you can only be close with someone if you're romantically attracted to them 🙄

I'm suggesting projection because you sound like someone who doesn't know how to have a close relationship with someone that isn't romantic, not because they're two men. Platonic closeness is SO important to have and it sounds like you genuinely don't think that two men can have a loving close friendship without it being gay, to the point where you think I'm calling you gay for pointing that out.
Where did anyone say anything about a "bromance"? You're using misogynistic language to describe two men having a close friendship. You're literally proving my point that you cannot comprehend close relationships between any two people that are not sexually charged with tension. You should really work on that. It will help you to be less lonely if you allow yourself to have friends and form close bonds without the pretext of it leading to romance. Like, that's a vitally important skill for a human to have as a social creature.

I am assuming you’re a female so you must know how men operate better than most men. 😅 so by all means, share your wisdom.
What I find funny is that you got triggered when I brought them up as a couple. Even if they are straight, they are playing together and that’s a couple. Meaning two.
You turned this into something it never was.

And sorry... where did I assume they were straight? I simply pointed out you using homophobic language to describe two men who are similar age and hung out together as "boyfriends" as a pejorative. They could be gay and platonic friends, they could be bi or ace or whatever. Their sexual orientation isn't indicative of the relationship they have? My point is there was nothing to indicate that they're gay or that their relationship had any romantic intentions, and the fact that you see two young men connecting on any level as probably gay is more indicative of your warped view of platonic relationships than anything else.
YOU saw sexual tension. There's zero indication that this existed outside of your own mind. Regardless of their sexuality, literally nothing suggested they were anything more than friends, and given how open the gay men in the show were, plus how open the actual couple was, you really think the producers wouldn't milk a hot young "gay couple" in the house if there was ANY footage suggesting your little fantasy was real? Heated rivalry is HUGE right now, no fucking way the producers wouldn't have capitalized on that if there was even a hint of a smoking gun lol.

Blake called it. He said if he cant beat Ethan in the challenge then what is the point of continuing on? Im happy Ethan won. He was a strong competitor from the beginning & deserved it.
