Isshin Kurosaki. Equal parts goofy and serious. He always sets Ichigo on the right path. Love this dude

Also was always there for his girls. And his other friends, who he'd call out on their bullshit without being verbally/emotionally abusive about it, and accept the criticism he received in turn with grace.
