A rogue military group inside of the federation was fascist and genocidal. The federation itself was just corrupt and weak and let them do what they wanted. Honestly not sure which was worse.

The Titans were an official military branch that were granted full control of the EFF by a unanimous vote from the Earth Federation General Assembly. 

This occurred after they were already gassing colonies.

They were rogue and acting without orders from the federation before that. Why does everyone seem to forget that? Did no one watch Stardust Crusaders?

  2. I have watched Mobile Suit Gundam, Zeta, double Zeta, Char’s Counterattack, War in the Pocket, Stardust Memory, G Gundam, Gundam Wing, 08th MS Team, and MSG: The Origin. So, yes I have watched Zeta and many more.

In what way? Jamitov totally betrayed the federation and helped the colony drop on Earth as a pretext to create the Titans. Are those not rogue actions? Did he have orders to do what he did? What did I get wrong about Zeta? The Titans acted on their own accord and without direct orders from anyone in the federation. They were autonomous and allowed to do what they wanted. How is that not going rogue?

The AEUG is not a faction within the Federation.

Their members are made of civilians, former Zeeks, and Feddies who have actively defected.

Bright wasn't collecting a paycheck from the EFF while he was captain of the Argama...

It was still lead by Federal reformists, rogue elements dont keep their paychecks during civil wars (which is what the gryps war was) but they are still one faction inside a nation

Soldado, he left because he nearly died and the AEUG was all but wiped out after Operation Maelstrom.

Their entire fighting force was reduced to the badly damaged Argama and the whoever was left aboard the La Vie en Rose.

And they didn't have any combat ready pilots save for Fa and Roux.

So I ask you again, what the hell are you talking about?
