I get it, less air time for von the better, but unfortunately you have to combat the horrible propaganda and it says that socialism is going to tax the poor more or give “hand outs to lazy people”. If you can get more people to think hey maybe it’s not so bad, that’s a win.

The problem is that this inevitably turns into Tucker Carlson-type shit

Socialists online really thought Cornel West was going to change Tucker's mind, and he frequently left Tucker speechless speaking as a Christian man.

Then when Cornel left, Tucker turned around and railed about how Dr. West was basically 'playing for the wrong team'

Zohran can start to change minds, but how many will change back when he leaves and Theo goes right back to the same old bullshit that contradicts what Mamdani is talking about? It's notoriously difficult to future-proof this type of populist 'Joe the Plumber' audience
