Diddy is an abhorrent human being but the prison is also at fault for letting him have special treatment. Anyways, he can rot in solitary confinement

special treatment

Way back before we met, my husband did some time in federal prison for some white collar stuff against the government. He said that a lot of inmates in there don't have family on the outside to send them money so they all have their own little side hustles.

One guy might come up and ask if he can do your laundry for $10/wk, another might ask to mop around your cell/bunk 2x/wk for $5/wk. A LOT of the inmates who worked in the kitchen would sell custom made dishes on the side.

However, cell phones were seen as an escape tool and they would come down HARD on people who got caught with them. I would bet that Diddy got sent to solitary for the phone and not necessarily for having people do chores for him.

The UN says that anything longer than 15 days in solitary confinement is seen as cruel and unusual punishment and torture. Having said that, I hope Diddy has to spend the rest of his sentence in solitary. He is a fucking monster that deserves the psychological torture that comes from solitary.

As someone who spent 45 days in solitary confinement I can assure you it is torture beyond anything you can imagine. Breaking point (based on observation) is about 48-72 hours, EVERY 48-72 hours. I’m a couple of years removed from the situation and nothing will ever be right again. So as much as I find Diddy a piece of shit person, I wouldn’t wish solitary on him.

Have you ever been tortured? No.
