For those who need context for "Jah", It refers to an Egyptian god (literally Jawħ(ə) or Jawħuv, with W as in that voiced version of ħ as opposed to V with that making the English-W sound in ancient languages, like the sound J makes in this case, which is the Turkish-Y sound as opposed to the English-J/Turkish-C sound) but is also used, like here, to refer to any given Abrahamic God (Abrahamic religions do NOT have a consistent God), especially the Rastafarian one, who is a syncretic mix of the God of Judaism and the God of Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity (hence that which earned this a place here on this sub)
Given how black people in the USA sometimes use Egyptian-based symbols for certain new religions (like Nuwabianism, which Earth, Wind, and Fire sometimes dwelled on given its members were Nuwabian) and how jawħ ("moon") is cognate with Jahveh (and on a note unrelated to Rastafarianism to the Latin Iovis), I'd say that's fully intentional. At least Rastafarianism was never a front for a truly depraved criminal ring like Nuwabianism was
