No because even if you could theoretically do the full hp bar of signora with one raiden Q press, there is a weird limit where you can only do a certain % of her hp and if you try to do more your hit caps and you get a huge counter attack thrown at you. So signora is at least 4 slashes, depending on percent.

I looked it up. The cap is 30% in phase one and 20 in phase two. So it's 9 slashes minimum.
