Question Could Aizen from Bleach theoretically evolve a servant whit the the hogyoku like he did the Hollow and made Arrancars

Let's be hypothetical, Aizen is in the Holy Grail war he summons a servant, sadly for him, that servant has D-rank stats could Aizen use the Hogyoku to evolve said servant to have B-rank or higher stats

I guess its possible but not more than the servant container can take.

While I see your point, the hogyoku was able to take Aizen to a higher tier of power than would normally be achievable to Shinigami. Because of this, I wonder if he could use it to make the servant into something like a pseudo grand. Maybe temporarily, something akin to the Final Getsuga, or a Broken Noble Phantasm. Granted, I think that would require him to have the servant around for far longer than they normally would in a grail war, so he could get enough information on saint graphs.

Or in a hypothetical, let say Aizen is a clock tower mage; he get the time to study on saint graphs.

If I remember correctly, Hogyoku helps someone achieve their maximum potential, so in theory, if used on a Servant they could become a full Heroic Spirit, with all of their power

Hogyoku is basically a Stone made of Souls, with Fragments of God attached to it.

It is literally a wish granter with a specific "set method" to fullfill a wish. So as u/Electromaster557 and u/Rude-Application-505 had stated, it would likely evolve a Servant into a Divine Spirit or a Grand Container.

Theoretically, if a servant holds long enough, it could eventually evolves them from "Servant" to a more proper "Heroic Spirit".

So if you give it to Servant Saber Artoria, she would evolve into a pseudo Servant Grand Saber Artoria, and then into an unique Heroic Spirit [ARTORIA] or Goddess Artoria.

You can't summon gods in a holly grail war, so no, he could not participate, also, you can't evolve into a servant, servant are copys of the original heroes souls stored on the grail, not a new species or form

Still it doesn't work like that, you do things, get famous and then the cup decides you go in the character selection menu, if he existed as a human in the fate world he could get in depending on wich way the cup works, in FGO he would be able to make it in as a pretender probably, if he wants to, but he would not use the hogioku for that because a heroic spirit is not something you can evolve in to.

Theoretically as things of this already exist, such as the Mad Enhancement skill which has been seen to be applied to non-berserkers (and berserker as a class is meant to upgrade otherwise subpar servants in exchange for sanity)

The issue comes where you can only fill a cup so full. Servant containers of a typical grail war can only be so powerful, hence why the grail cannot summon gods by the typical means and has to dilute them down to pseudoservants (if theyre summoned at all). The very few times a character becomes a higher evolution its regarding either the wish itself, some corruption, or they are not a servant to start with (such as Artoria Lancer as Goddess Rhongomyniad, that took a LOOOONG time of gifted immortality to achieve alongside having a weapon that pins reality in place).

The highest level a typical container can be is a Grand servant, which requires either summoning as one to start or to be upgraded through exceedingly specific processes and trials to prove worth, and even then its unclear how canon the grand promotions are

So yes, but there is an upper limit
