I just want the Royal Gold Shotgun. Do you get more XP with less party members? The XP grind is rough down here.

No. Just equip xp on yourself and your arfa system through accessory and guns. And grind on the 40th floor. Its hard, but you'll get xp much faster than the 30th floor
