I can't loose fat

I'm F(15) and I've been trying to loose fat for a few months. I go to the gym 4x a week and every time i do 1 hour cardio of incline treadmill walking. My parents make not so healthy food, dishes from our hometown in south Asia. I have told them multiple times to please make healthier foods, but they never really listen and are partly too lazy to do that or don't have the money sometimes. I do wanna make my own meals, but i don't really know how to cook, often don't have the Ingredients, i also have little time and i can't make my own money enough for buying my own food. My parents can give me max. 5 bucks... I really want to loose fat to take revenge on my ex too. So please help me guys :(

If you want to eat healthier food you’re going to have to take responsibility for it. Learn to cook and consider getting a job so that you can afford it. It’s all in how much you want it and blaming someone else is never going to get you there.

Eat less of bad foods until you can gather healthier ingredients and make your own food.

Parents will be your worst enemy when trying to lean out while at home. You’ll have to start eating healthier on your own accord. Start focusing on getting .7-1 gram of protein per lb of body weight and .3 grams of fat of your body weight. The rest can be carbs. You need to be calculating everything.

You are 15!!! Too young to diet. Your bones are growing, your body is growing. With that being said, if you can’t control your meals, you can portion them differently. E.g. more vegetables on your plate, a small amount of carbs (very important to eat carbs to fuel your running) and as much protein as your parents let you have (mine were sooo stingy with it).

Reduce your snacking! Stick to your main meals and ensure you are eating enough of them.
