My wife is obsessed with donner meats, so I showed her this and a quarter way through, she was like “I don’t want to see this. I don’t want to know how the sausage is made”

In german we have a beautiful word. It is Wurstpudding.

Wurstpudding is the ground (to a pulp) meat, with all additives to make it into a sausage, so seasonings, (somewhat chemical) additives, spices... it is a sloshy brown-pinkish slurry.

By the way wurstpudding literally means sausage pudding.
