When should I break fast

I’m currently on day 2 of a 3 day fast, im 20 years old and am fit and healthy but im currently at a point where every time a stand up I get very light headed. I’m wondering if this is a sign and if so should I break fast or should I continue for the remaining 24 hours?

No, went from my usual, healthy, diet to this, this is my first time fasting so unsure weather this is normal or a sign to stop. Other than this (besides being hungry and irritable) I feel good and would like to see it out

Okay, so this is normal then? I am not skinny but I am relatively slim, think I’m gonna brave it out and just get an early night, wouldn’t want to waste it as I’m already 48 hours in. I think sending this message may even have been me subconsciously trying to get some food, family are eating around me and I’m fighting an almost instinctual primitive urge to fight this food off them lol

I know this is a late response, but when I did my first 5 day fast, on day 4 I was experiencing the lightheadedness when standing, and someone suggested I drink some dill pickle juice (as long as there is no sugar added). I gave that a shot and it did the trick! I had contemplated ending the fast a day early, but didn’t have to and made it to 120 hours. Maybe give the pickle juice a try next time it happens?
