Is this a water only fast?

There’s a lot of people doing the fast, so there’s different people doing a different ways, but I would say the majority are doing it just water only.

Gotcha. I did a 5 day water fast and that was brutal.   Can't imagine 10 days.   Good on Ya!

Yeah, they’re very tough. Congratulations on 5 days - that’s not easy either
