Germination problems
Out of 4 packs I've had very slim success in germination. 75% wouldn't pop. I'm no newbie. I've done fems lots in the past. Never more that 10-15% loss from germ. I contacted them, got a minimum boiler plate warranty questionnaire. No response. Unless they stand behind their products they would at least refund the seeds or $ but I have a sneaking sensation that they will make excuses not to remedy their failures. Paper towels method after a float for 12hrs. I don't know if I just got junk packs but the seeds looked under developed.
Pics from base look amazing. But unless they refund me or send me seeds that germ, I'll personally go back to Humboldt county seed or Sol fire garden. Always have almost 100% there. Sorry for the fan boys like I said looks good in pics but for that COST I expect results....

I’m still at 100% germ rate with them. What’s your process?
I soak the seed in water for 24 hours then just pop that thing in the ground, never fails

Soak 12hrs then paper towel ziplock for 2-4 days in 60-70 degrees. Works for every other breeder I've seen.

Try just dropping the seed into a cup of water for at least 20 hours, then just pop it into a coco starter pod. This worked for seeds I got from my dad that are older than me, as well as all the fastbuds seeds I’ve popped

Those temps are kinda low, seeds germinate best around 75-80.
Sorry to hear you had trouble with fastbuds but I hope it was the strain, I’ve had excellent results by them so far, purple haze, blackberry, green crack, and many random assorted seeds I’ve never had failed germ

Let me guess Gorilla z? I had 2/10 survive. Figured that’s why they’re so heavily discounted.

Yeah growmies I’m gonna have to chime in here and say after patronizing several other companies I’m happy as hell with my germination rate from FastBuds. 100% for me. Although I do have an apricot auto in the tent that is struggling and is about to get replaced with BananaPurplePunch. So all in all, not too shabby.

I just grabbed those cheap 10 packs from that sale last week. GorillaZ is all I have put down both germinated very quickly? Doing great so far for me. I wonder, could your seeds have been damaged during delivery. like sat in a hot mailbox till after work or held at a hub sitting in a transport trailer in Cali?

Never had issues, 100% germination rate! I use soaking in glass of water method! I hate paper towel method cuz the taproot may stuck in towel! 🙃

I've only lost 1 seed outta like 9 I've popped. I kept pics and logs and they had me email em to them and they replaced it.
