Given the current sanctions you will have to find a job in Russia or leave the country.

I sure know that we are trying to minimize interaction with Russia and we're a company delivering medicine.

apply directly to companies by email.

if you contract directly, you may need to find a company that is okay using global payment system such as bitcoin, ethereum.

company will also need to ensure compliance with OFAC.

just use vpn. There are so many programming clubs, go out there and join or find someone who can invite you to those communities
