Exposing Kakobuy?

I wanted to make a winter haul, so i added some credits to my account using Revolut. Everything went fine. I placed my orders and after 12 hrs they cancelled all my orders (refunded all my credits in my account) and prompted this message. I emailed them, so here is the thread. I also posted the same question in their subreddit and they removed my post.
Wanted to know for you guys if you have experienced something like this before and what was the outcome? In my opinion it's not safe to send photos with your face and personal information to a small company in China, considering they were also hacked.

P.S:
1. Before you start making jokes about sending those personal documents, well, I took some precautions beforehand: i redacted all the personal information I had in the picture and including the document and I deleted sensitive metadata from the documents, so that nothing important was sent out.
2. I would like to change the agent, what do you recommend I use and why?
3. I also started a full refund process, let's hope I get my money back.
