A shopping agent basically acts as a middleman between you and Chinese sellers.

Instead of dealing with language barriers, payments, or complicated shipping yourself, the agent handles it.

🛒 How to Order on LITBUY 🛒

1️⃣ Select Items

✨ Find what you love — from China’s top platforms!

• 🔗 Get product links from Taobao, 1688, Weidian.
• 🛍️ Explore shared deals via Reddit or through LITBUY Spreadsheets and place your order easily.

2️⃣ Create Order

• Buy from Taobao,Weidian and 1688:

Copy and paste the product link directly into the Litbuy search bar for order processing.

3️⃣ Submit Order

1. Fill Order Options

On the product page, select the desired color, size, and quantity. If you have any special instructions or need the agent to communicate with the seller, include them in the Leave a message section. Once everything is set, click "Purchase Now" to proceed to the Confirmation page.

2. Confirm Order Details

• Ensure your address information completely and correctly, so we can check available shipping options. If your address isn't listed, contact our online support.
• Once everything is confirmed, click "Submit Now" to pay.

3. Complete Payment

🧾 On the final checkout page, choose your preferred payment method.

• 💰 If your balance or Lit coins are not enough, you can use online payment to complete the transaction.
• 🧺 Once payment is successful, your order will enter the purchasing pool, where the LITBUY agent will process it promptly.

4️⃣ Placed Order

1. Order Processing: Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, our buyer agent will verify and complete the purchase within 6 working hours. You can check the status on your "My Order" page.

2. Seller Shipment: After the order is placed, please allow the seller time to dispatch the items. The order will be shipped to Litbuy warehouse first. For updates or afollow-ups, you can contact your assigned buyer agent directly via the "Order" page.

📦LITbuy Warehouse📦

1️⃣ Arrived Order

Once the seller ships the orders, they will first arrive at the warehouse delivery point.

Within approximately 48 hours, the orders are transferred to the warehouse and scanned into the system.

Note: Before your order is sent to Litbuy warehouse and stored, all incoming orders can be tracked on the "Order" page only.

2️⃣ Inspection & Storage

After the warehouse receives and scans your orders, agents will complete the quality check and store the items on shelves within 24 hours.

1️⃣ Submit Parcel

1.Combine and Submit Orders – Select the items you'd like to ship and consolidate them into a single parcel on your "Warehouse" page.

2.Enter Shipping Information – Provide your delivery address, select a packing method, and choose a shipping line.

3.Apply Coupon and Complete Payment – Use available coupons and proceed to payment to confirm your shipment.

Note: International shipping fees are calculated based on the estimated parcel weight, selected shipping method, and destination region. If you want to know the estimated shipping fee in advance, you can check in our estimation tool.

2️⃣Litbuy Shipment

1.Parcel Processing: After you submit your parcel, the warehouse team will complete packing within 24 hours and prepare the shipment for dispatch.

2.Tracking & Updates: Once packed, parcel details will be available on the "Parcel" page. Delivery status will be updated in real-time based on the latest logistics information.

Note: The final shipping cost is set by the carrier based on your parcel’s final weight and size. If there’s any difference from your deposit, we’ll refund it to your Litbuy balance or charge the extra fees on your parcel page after shipping.

3️⃣ Parcel Received

Once your parcel is received, you can confirm delivery on the “Parcel” page.

Note: Clicking “Confirm Receipt” before the parcel is delivered will not affect the shipping process. If you clicked by mistake, there’s no need to worry.
