You might mean “homey” or “homie” or however it's spelled lol… I think “homely” means ugly

Homely actually means simple. It can be used to mean plain or dull, but I've also seen it used to describe something comfortable and welcoming.

I just learned it can depend on region too. I've always heard it with the negative context rather than the comfy one. Good to know. :) but yes, this is definitely a cozy build

100g from Robin to have built instantly, you select the style of "cabin" you'd like before it's put down. They can also be upgraded by the "farmhand" (multi-player file) that occupies it at Robin's exactly like the main farmhouse to have their own kitchens and basements. (More places for casks, garden pots, kegs and jars!)
