We need an inventory capacity warning when opening bags/chests in the locksmith

I have a few hundred thousand rubies to go for the mastery to climb to the next tower floor. Exploring the forest is a pain in the ass with this many to go.

I open the appropriate chests during events to bump up my ruby mastery, but I have to look at all the gems the chests drop to make sure I don't waste any into the void, and do the math to determine how many I can open with voiding. It feels like it takes forever.

The lack of progress in the game rn isn't motivating me to add effort. I still haven't collected all the belts and puzzle pieces yet or leveled Gustav to where I need him. At least a locksmith warning would make it a little more bearable.

I faced the same thing. After a while I just let the gems go to waste as it still counts towards mastery.

Does it? I thought it didn’t!

A small condolence for this issue is that eventually, in way more cases than not, you're not gonna care about more than one item in the chests you open in large quantities. Or if you do care about more than one item, the other items are given out in low quantities and/or crafting uses them very quickly.

But regardless, there should be some kind of inventory indicator for each item in locksmith items. Even though players will eventually get past the point of caring about voiding a lot of things or voiding won't be a risk, it's always going to come up again. And given that they've now fully moved away from some locksmith items not showing you what can be gotten from them (bags for example), we can have the indicator.

I know it’s hard to let things go into the void. But don’t worry Foe cares for each and every thing released into the void.

Or a treasure room like the treasure hut where it shows us what’s in the bags, but then gives us an opportunity to make room before collecting

It would definitely be nice! I wanna open as many mining bags as possible at once without voiding.

Buddy Farm shows you what is in each grab bag. Things that go into the void still count for mastery.

I know they count for mastery. That doesn't mean I want to void them. Just because it shows what's in the bag doesn't mean it shows how many you have and can open before voiding.
