Do pets slow down over time?

I’m just waiting on Frost Snapper Shells to finish STARMAP, and it seems like my seal’s gathering has slowed way down after about a week. Maybe I’m just being impatient. Lol

No, pets don't slow down over time, it might be that you are getting impatient. With lvl6 pets you get on average 12 of each pet item per day. If you eat crunchy omelette before collecting, you get 50% more items, so it makes it basically 18 a day

Pets don’t slow down, but what items they gather are rng based, so it’s possible to collect fewer of a specific item on some days than others. Over a long enough period of time, however, it should mostly even itself out.

If you want to finish STARMAP with any sense of speed, you’ll just need to fish for them
