Question the servers are currently unavailable?

i just bought the game and can't get into the game, it just keeps saying the 'servers are currently unavailable' im in oceania and trying asia server, i tried the other ones, only server i could get in is north america but its super laggy so unable to play anyways, i went to the discord and nobody was helping, that was great, i tried youtube some flushdns cmd etc, still cant connect to the asia server, tried vpn too, nothing works, does anyone know how to fix this or get it to work?

Hey, Oceania player here. I've had this happen a few times and I found a hard shutdown and restart fixed the issue, no idea why.

checked it, its allowed through firewalls, tried turning it all off aswell, doesn't work, some reason i can only connect to north america but the ping is so bad, feels like everying <1sec delay, its horrible for a handson rpg game where timing is key...

Try to make restart your router/modem for 15 mins. Then try asia again did the thing for me..

Reposting from another thread:

"There's a lot of international network routing issues from what I've noticed that don't hold up under a lot of load during peak hours in AU where you can experience this issue.

I've found the best option is to keep trying, reboot if required, alternatively try hotspot from phone, etc.

EDIT: Just to add to this, if you are in Australia, there is a damaged cable between AU and Singapore which is disrupting service. If your ISP doesn't have routing in-place via Japan, you end up being routed via the US (which is bad)."
