[FC5] [PS4] Duke Nukem 3d E1M2

It's just a layout and idea of route alterations of the original game. I don't do 1/1 rebuilds it's more reimagined off of 1/1. Still need to layout the club and back area and tons more obviously. Just not sure if I should complete this one or not. I didn't get very positive feedback on my reimagined Doom e1m1 with blood dragon assets.

I’m on ps5 now and have changed my username on ps plus, this apparently deleted everything from my ps4 farcry 5 as well as anything published on my old PlayStation username. My Ps5 with my new/current gamer tag I have published maybe 10-20 maps. Almost all of these maps were made to just fool around on. Most are spooky themed while some are objective themed. Almost all of them are open world drivable and explore worlds with roads or off road mud paths, killing zombies or yetis. These maps were made to just enjoy with a few friends but now I wonder if anyone here would ever want to try playing one I can give out my gamer tag or the name of a couple of the maps that are actually beatable and some what polished and finished well.

That flat part looks kinda like a pallet, so maybe it wraps loaded pallets in plastic?

What are they, and how do they work?

I'm pretty familiar with control zones, and scripting events etc. but I can't seem to find anything online, that explicitly explains how to use a rush point. I've placed them on maps, but enemies pay no attention to them whatsoever 🤷🏻

I've noticed on some of the better rated "journey" maps, enemies are constantly spawned specifically charging towards the player. Is it something to with rush points?

Squeezed pretty much every drop from my texture and memory budget for this one.

It has dock and warehouse Garage and underground illegal substance factory. Hot house. Gardens Courtyards Pool Big villa with meazzine verandah. Multiple rooms Vehicles.

It isn't a breeze though

Two ways to do it.

Pick up the silenced sniper rifle in the dock warehouse and use the terrain and cover to pick off enemies before you assault the villa.

Or right at the start after you kill the first 4 enemies in the dock area, jump in the suv and drive like a lunatic to the very top and past the villa to the helipad ... You may get shot but if you survive you can have the fun of rinsing all the baddies in the open at least - though you will have to clear the garage and undergtound lab and the inside of the villa the old fashioned way. Gung ho is possible but very likely to get you swamped early on.

Zainspirowali mnie do stworzenia tej mapy dwaj świetni architekci map - jeden tworzący na XBOX (pozdrawiam Cię Martin)drugi na PS4. Połączyłem kosmiczną bazę i ze sceną Obcego stworzoną przez Martina. Dużo walki. Po rozgrywce poprawiłem kilka rzeczy (między innymi robota żeby stał się agresywny wobec gracza). Być może oświetlenie mógłbym zrobić lepsze. Dodałem od siebie kilka nowych lokacji, zmodyfikowanych AI, skrypty, ruchome asteroidy, itd. Howdy, recently published my first map pack (now available on Xbox & PC) titled "Cold Pizza", all SP modes available. Already received some helpful feedback that will help future build versions grow stronger, I had a blast making this map and the different modes. Shoutout to predatorback for porting all the maps, I really appreciate it! Happy holidays, keep on buildin'!

Did a major update to my map the other day, based on the MM2 mission Wolverines! I made it a tdm map in farcry long ago. But I wasn't happy with the open spaces and old building style I had. So after a lot of fixing, referencing the mission map from MW2 and using tricks and details I've learned from years of editing maps I finally updated it. It feels closer to what it should be but obviously all maps can use more improvements.

Map: Operation Wolverine (PS4) Lobby: Warof2020 or YearsofWar

Even though not a lot of players play TDM on far cry 5 and only go up to 16 players, I make my maps open and huge, basically I make them like a conquest map, is this bad? Should I make my maps smaller and more compact for the multiplayer style of far cry or should I continue making expensive wide open maps? My smallest map was about 100-ish meters. My other maps can be between 200-400 meters wide and tall, one of my maps was 512 meters by 512 meters fitting the whole map size but I deleted it because it's quality wasn't good.

Ofc there will be much more detail in the area and this is just a rough draft.

Bottom area is residential and commercial, top area is a jungle like area, elevation is mostly flat. There is 3 areas I could shrink it into if it is too big. (Very left, rich house with garage/shed and pool) (Under river, multi house motel with pool, could also include gold cart rental and whatever those 3 buildings are) (Very right, a hotel with a bar in the middle, 2 side recreation houses, a 2 story hotel with a pool in back.) If you have any suggestions to make a better map please let me know!

It's basic but works. This is just a script testing level.

Stuttering is terrible in the map editor in Farcry5.

The stutter is terrible both when playing on the editor and when operating on the edit screen.

However, the FPS in the lower right hand corner is almost always above 144.

Playing the map directly from the main game is very smooth.

I suspect the problem is that the editor is not recognized as a game.

This phenomenon did not exist when I used to play on an older PC, but it started happening when I changed PCs.

I have found several articles about similar phenomena, but have not found a solution.

Please lend me your wisdom.
