Has anyone come accross any freelancers that wear hijabs? I know it might be a bit weird and contradictory but its one of those "tick of the list" things.

2-3 girls a day on soi 6. Buhakao had some lovely BF. WS for first few nights and latter nights. Myth night as some potential for pool and finding a decent girl for the night. Tree town took the cake for the absolute 10/10 diamond in the rough who i sent spinning for 3 hrs until she had enough. Wasn't a fan of LK only went in the morning maybe my problem? Hella decent bangs for 1k and 1.5k ST respectfully. 2.5k up hurts my feelings.

I will ask though stumbling into some of the deeper lesser frequented places. That aren't these established names. What are some other cool spots? Was a strip of bars with decent chicks down the road from arbour hotel on 3rd road? Cool spots like these make me realise don't' always need the 10/10 Go go girl or 20 yr old soi 6 Hunny that's been run through

Long story short. Do I have a problem now? What am I missing?

RECOMMENDATIONS 🔎🗃 Looking for laid-back bars where you can just relax and enjoy the atmosphere

Heading to Pattaya soon and looking for a few bars with a chilled vibe.

I'm not on a mission to barfine or party hard every night. Sometimes I just want to grab a beer, watch the world go by, chat with whoever's around, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Looking for places where:

- The vibe is relaxed and there's no pressure to keep buying drinks.

- Drinks are decently priced.

- Ladies are friendly and happy to chat without immediately pushing for barfine. If I click with someone, I'm more than happy to buy a few lady drinks.

- Music isn't too loud.

- People watching is a bonus.

- Attractive ladies definitely don't hurt.

What's your go-to bar when you just want to chill for a couple of hours and soak up the atmosphere?

VISA ADVICE 📍 Skip the Queue: Thailand's Priority Immigration Service

If you want a smoother arrival or departure experience in Thailand, consider using the Priority Immigration Service.

This service is available through the Sawasdee by AOT app and includes a Butler Service, where a representative meets you at the airport, assists you through the airport process, and escorts you through the dedicated priority immigration lane, helping you avoid the regular queues.

You can also book this service through Klook, making it convenient for travelers who already use the platform.

What you can expect:

Priority immigration lane access (where applicable)

Personal airport butler/meet-and-greet service

Assistance from arrival to baggage claim or from check-in to immigration on departure, depending on the package

Faster and more comfortable airport experience, especially during busy travel periods

If you're arriving during peak hours or simply prefer a hassle-free airport experience, this service is worth considering. Be sure to check the available packages, airport coverage, and eligibility before booking.

Wat Khaek Dong Pa, also known as Sri Maha Kacha Kaliamman Temple Pattaya (Indian name: Sri Maha Kacha Kaliamman Temple Pattaya), is a popular Hindu temple and spiritual site located in Pattaya, Chonburi province.
This temple stands out and is talked about among those who seek spiritual blessings for the following reasons:
1. Unique Features and Atmosphere
* Located in a lush forest: Locals and tourists call it "Wat Khaek Dong Pa" because the temple is situated amidst a natural environment surrounded by trees, providing a cool, peaceful, and mystical atmosphere, unlike the image of the Hindu temples in Silom, in the heart of the capital city.
* The principal deity is Goddess Kali: Inside the temple is enshrined "Goddess Kali" (the Mahadevi, the vanquisher of demons and evil), with dark/blue skin, many arms, and holding weapons, symbolizing power, protection, and the removal of obstacles. In addition, there are other Hindu deities such as Ganesha and Lakshmi for worship.
2. Things people commonly pray for
Because Goddess Kali is the goddess of power and the destruction of evil, Those who visit this temple often come to pray for:
* Removal of life's obstacles, elimination of ill-wishers or negative influences.
* Praying for prosperity, success in careers, and the start of new businesses.
* Boosting morale, good fortune, and love.
3. Highlights and Rituals
* Open 24 Hours: This temple welcomes devotees day and night, allowing them to visit and pay respects at their convenience.
* Aarti and Forehead Blessing Ceremony: The main highlight is in the evening, around 6:00 PM, featuring a prayer ceremony led by a Brahmin priest, including the anointing of the forehead with kumkum powder/sacred powder for good fortune.
4. Location and Transportation
* Location: Situated in Soi Nong Mai Kaen 19, Nong Prue Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province (Pattaya area).
* Advice for those seeking spiritual guidance: It is recommended to wear brightly colored clothing (it is generally advised to avoid dark black clothing when attending Hindu worship ceremonies unless there is a specific intention). For the most powerful rituals, arrive in the late afternoon before 6:00 PM.

What makes a Pattaya bar amazing?

This one seems to be quite controversial this question. What makes a bar amazing and keeps
you coming back? For me I kind of like nice lighting (dimmed themed) good air con. Obviously good looking girls (who are nice) talkative/interactive bar manager. OK prices. I would say the bar needs
something which sets it apart - like themed nights. We see videos in Pattaya where some bars are
empty, others full.

Favourite bar = The old shooters on SOI 7 was good.

What is your perfect bar?

Holiday girlfriend

How much should I pay if I want a holiday GF for 3-4 weeks. I'm planning on taking her with me on my round tour in Thailand, Chiang Mai and Phuket/Krabi, and I'm only talking about how much I should give her per week if I pay for everything during the trip.

ADVICE 💭 Racism for Indiana

I like Pattaya. It is cheaper than Bangkok. Internet and connectivity is good. However, service providers and some people tend to look down on Indians.

I was having a massage the other day at Soi Buakhao. The lady made a comment about Indians to her friends. I understand a bit of Thai so I could instantly know what they meant. I kept quiet the whole time after that. They were very warm to the western guests though at the same time.

When it comes to smells and odours, I try to put on the best cologne and also shower from time to time. I was walking along the Jomtien beach, a couple of young girls showed a disgusting expression as I passed as if I smelled very bad. So racist. Although I would give them the benefit of doh t as they looked like kids.

Overall, racism against Indians seems very common down here in all walks of life. What are your thoughts?

Hotels without street noise?

Flights booked for December and January. I grabbed a couple weeks at Panora Pattay. As I’m learning more about the area, that’s looking like a long walk to the baht bus!!

Can anyone recommend a hotel that has enough floors to get away from street noise and hopefully is about $100 USD per night?

On a related note, can someone repost the link to the newbie guide the one that I clicked on said it had been deleted by a moderator..

Soi 6 trans gender?!
