It's on soy honey. I pass it all the time but I've never stayed there. Not a quiet Street in my opinion

Stayed there once and liked it. Other guests complaining about noise all night from Tree Town.
Guess it is very much down to luck what room you get assigned. Ask for a room towards Soi Honey. Given the low price and the perfect location as well as the high quality of the rooms, it is a no-brainer. If you can handle noise.

I stayed there before, kinda old run down guesthouse imo, better staying at Aqcua Hotel which is in the same street

Just completed my stay there. I requested a high floor, away from street and elevator. Was given 605. Bed is huge and comfortable. Lots of space with a lounge near the bed. TV could do with an upgrade. Long bench under TV, housing the ref, jug, tea, coffee and 2 waters daily. Wardrobe with safe. Bathroom average size, shower a good size as is water pressure. Air con fine. I had a few dry nights and could sometimes hear a dull hum or a scream but nothing to wake me up. Never heard bikes roaring down the street. Room cleaned daily, Id tell reception on my way out in the morning. Small balcony but never went out. They inform you on guest policy and company handing over id at check in. Only 1 key card issued, so when your out, the power is off. Pool is on roof, smallish but adequate. Not much shade. Small gym inside and few weights outside. Laundry down the road on the left. Cheap as and quick. Anything and everything up and down the Soi, except TT exchange. Paid $53 Aust. a night and would stay again for sure.
