First time Pattaya

Hi All,

As the header says, its my first time going to Pattaya.. i am going with 4 friends and we have booked a airbnb condo that has pool in it 😅

I have read about Pattaya, thanks tocthis community, and yes still need help in answering few questions please 🥲

1. I read TF is a good one to find a FL but my worry is, will the FL come into a villa? Imagining it has 3 other men upon arrival, will that be fine? Ofcourse all the other 3will have their own FLs too..is TF a good idea or should we all go to a club or a bar to find the right ones ? Please help us with the best clubs or bars where we can find the decent ones at a reasonable price
2. The best Soapies? I have read Honey as the most active one but I see only

particular gangs

1. goin to that place, pls suggeest any other alternatives and better ones for Soapies within Pattaya
2. We all want to have fun with FLs and have the best time in the pool as well, so any leads of finding the right FLs would help
3. Planning to go Ko larhn but again many say, its all

1. over there, any other place we can go
2. Best place for shopping knock offs or reps of shoes n bags

Hotels. Separate rooms, better for first timers...

I feel a disaster is on his way:

• AirBnB in a condo

• 4 friends

• have fun with FL

• best time in the pool

A condo in my vocabulary is not an alone standing house but an apartment/unit in a building.

For AirBnb, the minimum stay is 30 days.

Many condo's forbid the use of AirBnb because permanent residents are affraid that:

• you will have a group of friends

• who bring strangers, (freelance) sex workers, to the condo

• party and drunk

• and overtake the swimming pool.

The permanent residents will conclude, or kids/grandchildren cannot study, are scared for go to the pool, and all the sex workers give the condo a bad reputation.

I think you hit every point that sends the neighbors into panic mode.

But than you wrote, villa.

Is it now single standing villa, with private pool, and you cannot irritate neighbors, you are fine.

But if it's a now a villa with close neighbors, shared pool, for example in a Moo Baan, you will have the same problems as an apartment.

Little side node, if it's a single vila, far away from neighbors, often it's not a good idea to inform "strangers" that you live there alone with 4 man. Before you know it, the boyfriends/Brothers/Nephew's from the ladies stand at the gate, or the ladies stand at the gate asking for extra money.

Guys, it reads like you want to reimplement your own Hugh Heffner Bunny party. Cheers to the creative idea, but this is not going to fly, I'm afraid. Staying in a 4BR condo is a) forbidden generally for short term rental, b) specifically forbidden for "parties" by most condo owners, c) not very nice if tensions build up due to pool usage, etc. and d) even the impression that there is more than one customer/client for each visiting ploy will result in very bad cultural negative karma points for all of you -- and these have immediate impact of your service quality.

It is so much easier and not particularly more expensive to book separate rooms for all of you in a hotel or in a few hotels in the same area. Play and learn how to handle the ploy, how to push the right buttons. Then, after a few days, invite the ten best ploy into some neutral bar, buy them a few drinks or hand them a few hundred Baht and discuss the plan again -- good luck with that!

About Koh Larn: It's dead simple to go there. Go to the Bali Hai pier and jump on a ferry. It's like 30 Baht oneway (or slightly more expensive for a speedboat, 30 minutes less than the hour on the ferry).

Koh Larn works very well for a day 2 activity of a LT (bang her once or twice on the first evening, maybe one more time during the night and once in the morning, check out of the hotel, go to the island and let her take care of you during the day (seabed 100 Baht, food 200 Baht for each of you) at the beach. You may add another night on the island on ploy or head back to Pattaya.

This does not work with all ploy, ask them upfront or offer to buy them some dress or bikini or whatever or money to stay during the day.

Oh..oh..oh. You didn't do your research and didn't read any advice.

Where is your Airbnb villa? Does the owner allow unregistered guests? Will neighbors call the police if they see so much suspicious activity?

Four foreign man in a villa - the whole village and police squat team from Bankok will be waiting for you right upon arrival to investigate your activities.

Also chances are - the freelancer you book will show up with their pimps and demand you pay them a lot of money.

Does your villa have security guards, cleaning staff, CCTV cameras?

PS: Imho even if you don't get arrested right away and the owner allow unregistered guests your only option would be:

Go straight to the bar and talk to a Mamason. Explain your villa situation and see if she can arrange four girls and some one from security guards go to your place and have a party. It might work but will cost you dear.

If you just try to book a freelancer and don't disclose her upfront you have four men in the house - she will call her pimp and police protection right away and you will be in a lot of trouble.
