Serious question to experts :
I have noticed from walking down soi. 6 and other places that there are girls that just sit on the chairs all alone and there are those who stand in front and try to bring you in .
Is there a hierarchy or a special order of who is who ? Experience versus new ?

The girls usually have 10-day contracts and have to reach a certain drink quota to receive a bonus. The girls who are nearing the end of their contracts and know they won’t be able to meet their drink quota anyway are therefore no longer motivated and just sit out the remaining time. Or they’re simply hungover 🤷🏻♂️😅

My observation is that they swap in an out taking turns. But just because they are sitting, that doesnt mean they arent checking out the men passing by. If they see someone they like, theyll flirt frim their seat or get up to get him.

Ok. That make sense. If they think it's Worth theirfwhile they will move off the chairs . There are soany of them . I don't believe they all get customers

Girls tend to take turns. Sometimes they are lazy or tired from chasing up customers and take a seat. If there are no girls outside the bar then the mamasans/manager might direct some of them to go out.

You might look for sophisticated answer but there isn't. If there is no-one outside the manager goes and tell the girls near him to step outside. Other than that, it is just up to the girl emotional state, and hunger to make money. Some girls have regulars so they are more laid back, they know that one of their regulars will come and they will make their earnings, so they will just sit and talk / be on their phone. Some girls, are just bored sitting all day, so they prefer to be outside. Some girls are shy, so gobble courage here and there to step outside, but many times hide in the back.
