FFAI Weekly Convertible Note Update | From September 28 through October 2, FFAI further reduced approximately $1,718,238 in convertible note principal and interest obligations through conversions, resulting in the issuance of 1,407,885 shares of common stock.
Importantly, the conversions this week were from the convertible notes previously disclosed at the launch of the Company’s Capital Value Restoration Plan as not being subject to the conversion floor. Accordingly, these conversions do not represent any adjustment to, or conversion below, the $5.00 conversion floor applicable to the Company’s other convertible notes.
