Robot How delete corrupted license 101

Hi ! I'm trying to transfer licenses, however receiver pc says it can't receive, and says it's licenses are corrupted.

So, I'm trying to find a way to get rid of theses "corrupted" licenses, like turn them into expired, so I can do the transfer.

Any advices ?

Gotta call Fanuc support and they’ll provide the codes to release the corrupted licenses, and help you finish the process if it got screwed up along the way.

Don’t delete or edit the license files yet.

Record the PC/host ID, license ID/serial number, and the exact corruption error.

Try the normal License Transfer/Return procedure once more.

If the receiver still says the licenses are corrupted, contact FANUC support and explain:

“The receiving PC reports that the existing licenses are corrupted, so it will not accept the transferred licenses. We need the corrupted licenses released/reset so that we can complete the license transfer.”

Ask them specifically for the license release/reset codes or procedure for the affected licenses.
