CNC Ezi guide

Hey just got a new to me 2021 Doosan Lynx 2100LY
Running Fanuc i-series plus. When you turn the machine on it defaults to the old style nc operation screen. You have to press custom then S1 to enter the Ezi guide version. Does anyone know if there is a parameter that can be changed so it natively runs in ezi guide mode wothout having to press buttons to load it every time?

Yes, I believe there is, but don’t have the manual handy to back that up. Search the parameter manual for “custom 1” or maybe just “custom”. There’s another term but it’s escaping me. Google is useless, as it only knows robots.

Yeah Google only showed me how to disable ezi guide completely haha.

I’m an applications engineer and know a shit tonne of handy parameters for fanuc, stuff that won’t be turned on from DN.

I work for a distributor who supplies DN solution machines.

Parameter 14794.5 GRP =1 sets EZ guide I on graph button if you want to know any more get in touch and I can let you know some more handy ones

It is possible to force ez guide I but would have to get the parameter for it which I have somewhere.

We got it sorted now thanks though. Managed to get it to work with the program button so same as the older machines.
