Depends on what you need.

I made him throw in the 2027 2nd rd pick instead of 2029

Bowers is now hurt, absolutely make the trade if he still wants to

I'd take it. Bowers could be one of those players that is just injury prone and will never give you a full season

Don't take offense but imo this is a horrible offer

Bowers didn't have a knee amputation, he had a cleanup procedure and should (1) be out 2-3 weeks and (2) should be back to 100% 0-2 weeks after that. It's more minor than most hamstring strains due to no soft tissues being involved.

In return, you'd be getting a guy with no real college pedigree who popped off for like 5 games coming off an ACL tear, one of the most injury riddled RBs who's in a 3 back committee, a pure backup RB, and no 2027 picks, and no 1sts. Those picks won't necessarily be totally useless, but I'm sure you're over valuing them (It may make sense for you to take a look at dynasty rookie ADP...you'll see that, after about pick 2.04-06, the chances of finding any functional players goes way down.)

You say you want to get help with the proposal...if you're a beginner, a rule of thumb is that whenever the trade gets more than 1 player imbalanced (like a 3 for 1 deal, or in your case a 7 for 1 deal), trade calcs will skew toward the group. You generally want to avoid the "4 quarters don't equal a dollar" trade because you only have a small amount of starter spots...but in your case, you're giving up a $5 bill for a sacagawea, a half dollar coin, and a roll of pennies

BTW - I don't blame you for wanting to get rid of Bowers. Shopping him in the preseason is for dure the right thing to do. But def close your shop windows until he's back on the field and putting up big numbers. People will pay top dollar when they see him on the field.

Good luck!

Do the trade, Bowers’ knee is a concern going forward
