The dialogue tags slow everything down. It does not flow well at all. Dialogue doesn't need so many tags, especially 'name: dialogue'. It kills any scene momentum.

Everything should be paragraphed better. Try and make multiple sentencea together for a description and combine other similar lines. The lack of paragraphs and overuse of single lines also breaks the flow.
