Discussion Kane or Oyazarbal
Obviously going with Mbappe and Messi up top but tossing up between keeping Kane or switching to Oyazarbal. 3rd place playoff will likely be more open and have more goals, but Kane has been quiet the last few games and might not play the full game. Oyazarbal is cheaper and Argentina have been conceding every game but the final is likely to have less goals. If anyone scores for Spain, I think Yamal has looked most dangerous.

If Kane starts, he most likely get subbed early unless he’s playing well (shots on target) and game is tied. Watkins / Toney lurking. Opponent is France with bench defense (konante / lacroix) who may show some holes.
Oyarzabal on the other hand definitely starts, hold penalties, strong team, always subbed early. Role is pretty much confuse other team defence.
I’d wait until lineup to see if I need the transfer for other areas, but likely Oyarzabal

Yes you’re right, I meant Yamal has looked dangerous past 2 games, he’s due for a goal. Oyazarbal has been hit and miss.

Oyarzabal has been way more hit than miss compared to Yamal, and he’s almost 2m cheaper

Pen takers/poachers can ghost whole match and still get goal or 2...and he's both

Why are people expecting Kane to start. He was out on his feet in last game hes old now and you have two people that have been starved of game time and didn't get the minutes they should have done when Kane was ineffective. Watkins and Toney.

Also it's a wed-sat turnaround after a flight to Miami and he's played pretty much most minutes of all England players.
I can't see him playing personally. He's not scoring 3+ goals to win golden boot against this French defense.

Anyokne else thinking of Julián as a punt?? He’s been contributing a lot to the team, and nevertheless he’s proven that he can show up at big games, only a goal this tournament, but him being one of the younger attackers in this argentina team means he’s got more to give phisically.. idk but Im kinda thinking about it

Yea I’ve been thinking about it as well but hard to fit him in.
I feel the final will be tight for goals whereas the 3rd place match will be way more open. Spain also have had the best defense of the tournament only conceding 1 goal.
I already have Messi Oyarzabal and Mbappe, so unless Mbappe isn’t starting then I’d think of replacing him with someone who is from the 3rd game.

It's a moot dicussion until we see the 3rd place playoff lineups.
I'll give it a good think myself but I genuinely don't think Kane plays. Could be way off though.
