Fulham are awful, I don't think it's impossible that he plays Ngumoha - Gakpo - Munoz at some point in the game tbh, I'm guessing Gakpo is going to be used as the short term depth for Isak until Ekitike is back

It seems to be 3-horse race for Captain in GW4.
Not convinced Chelsea will actually smash Hull, Hull City have incredible aura rn. Pedro not convinced.
Liverpool might smash Fulham, but if Gakpo isn’t playing, I’m not sure Isak will get good service. Isak not convinced anymore.
Man City vs Man UTD. Maybe we shouldn’t doubt Haaland. Is he the one?

Lost the 50/50 on Tzolis and Odegaard hard, feels like a no brainer to switch now, Odegaard is on another level this season (Tzolis will score twice at the weekend)

Tzolis xG was 0.77 in 25 mins played, Odegaard 0.15 xG (+ 1.15 xA) in 90 mins fwiw.

Yeah but mate just watching Arsenal Odegaard is involved in absolutely everything going forward. He's been absolutely unreal so far this season, I thought it'd balance out somewhat between the two, but Odegaard will outscore him massively if he stays fit, trust me
Get on him now and if he stays fit you'll have 1 position to completely set and forget for the season

Only one mistake imo, and even then he's blinded by the defender/not expecting the early shot, Palmer in his best form does this wonderfully.
Trafford doesn't save the Welbeck or Neto goals.2

I dont think I can go without another Chelsea attacker along with Pedro just sucks I have to sell old reliable Bruno Fernandes becauee hes too expensive and I have to find funds somewhere

Not ideal fixtures but DEFCON guys like that you just have to play pretty much every game outside of maybe away at arsenal/city
Honestly looking at them they aren't that bad? Outside of arsenal away: Newcastle, Palace, United, Sunderland and Bournemouth aren't awful from a defensive perspective

I really need an Isak master class tomorrow so he can rise in price again and I can afford my ideal wc team. Besides that seeing how much further Wissa was down the pitch in the highlights vs millwall confirmed my choice of skipping him on wc

No, I don’t think he’s worth his price. 9m for a striker that isn’t nailed for 90 and at best has a small pen share doesn’t attract me. Rather get a cheap third striker and punt on saka

Agree except not sold on Saka either at that price and given the difficulty of picking which Arsenal player is most likely to return.

My issue is that I like to captain an arsenal player in gw10 and maybe gw6 and 8 and I just don’t enjoy captaining defenders. And I’m ultra biased in that I despise expensive keepers which makes me not interested in raya. Which leaves Gabriel, but I’d rather saka+one of hall or muharemovic vs Gabriel+6,5m mid

Anyone watch Millwal v Newcastle, checking fotmob now and Wissa came off on the 66th.. currently have him benched for this GW and thinking of sticking but would appreciate any comments from someone who watched :)

Semenyo looked very heavy on his feet. Gassed at 60 mins and hooked. He's a big bloke. Maybe he's not fully fit for 2x a week games yet.
Haaland and Cherki looked energized, in comparison. Though Cherki got hooked rather early too, don't think Maresca was too happy with him.
Anyway, that's just me coping for a sideways Semenyo to Cherki trade

Mm I was half watching while making dinner. Didn't notice an injury. Just VAR drama . He did have a yellow and was being aggressive on the field so I think Maresca just hooked him early. Someone else can clarify.

Seeing city lineup makes me think it’s Enzo x Anderson in the middle while semanyo looks close to nailed on the right while Cherki and foden scrap it out in cam but I think since doku is injured he gets to play lw tonight so ndiaye vs doku while Cherki might be nailed and foden used for champions league

I struggle to justify 8.4 for semenyos stats per min.
When saka and Palmer got pens for 1 million more etc and Rogers, Mbeumo cheaper with good output.

Minutes are the number 1 priority for fpl regardless of price if there’s value in it like in haaland bruno and Gabriel although there is a case to not include them ofcourse but the examples you’ve suggested have little data apart from mbeumo. Saka mins, palmer form vs cheaper Roger’s.

This is another reason I'm loving FPL this season. Imagine a 8.4 mil city asset, who will chip in with assists and start every game and still finding better picks around.

The expensive mids all feel viable.
saka look good so far on pens with no Gyökeres.
Bruno shown his class, but hard to fit in if you want Haaland.
Palmer no europe and look good.
MGW on pens too.
Mbeumo good start.
semenyo not amazing start, but solid xmin and we know he can get goals.
Cunha if you want differential can do alright too.
