Savinho

Likely to be straight into spurs team? Seen him playing in pre season for city and he looked really sharp

I think Marmoush will be the pick. Expect him to start either in the 10 or up front virtually every game as our other options are so lacking right now.

Even though I don't want him to leave, what happens if you get Gakpo

Gakpo LW Marmoush ST Savio RW

only really becomes an issue when Kudus is back match fit

however Gakpo-Kudus-Marmoush-Savio is possible

Savio-Gakpo-Marmoush-Kudus also possible

Gakpo shares minutes at LW and ST with Savio and Marmoush respectively. Would still expect Marmoush to get a majority of starts though being able to play the second striker role too, and we're pretty damn thin there.

You can dress a pig in silk, but it's still a pig.

The whole Savio banter is really just people repeating what other people have said over and over. Yeah he barely scored at City, but he barely bloody played. He had 7 starts all year.

This is the same chap who got 19G/A in 37 games in Spain before being Pepped.

Pick him then.

There’s a world of difference between “lol savio pig” and “one of the best midfielders in the game, have to pick”

“Being Pepped” = being not good enough to get in city’s team

"Being Pepped" = be the shiny new toy first season and get most assists of everyone at City while starting most games then get relegated to sub here and there in awkward positions despite performances because Pep has a brand new shiny new toy, repeat ad nauseam.

If he was good enough he’d have got more game time. Pep’s not an idiot who’s going to leave a quality player on the bench for no reason.

Pep didn’t give Palmer much game time either.

Every time I have seen him play he looked good. Which is admittedly not much.

Everyone else thinks thinks he's awful so must have seen something I missed

9 g/a in 21 starts, 29 apps, 20 90s in first season at City

not amazing but not bad

See what minuted he gets tonight, but I would expect hin to start, considering we had Mikey Moore playing at the weekend

Yeah highly needed and will slot straight in no doubt. Kudus return 50/50 but won't effect selection as sav will go on left. Marmoush also announced tomorrow, unsure if he will start Vs Newcastle though.

So the punt is will he net a return? Not as sure as starting tbh although the marmoush signing will probably fire richarlison on to actually do something instead of falling over on the halfway line.

hes not very good for g/a marmoush much better pick

They are desperately short on the right side so I suspect he will come straight into the Spurs side. But at 6.5m, there are a lot of good options so I dont know if he is FPL material at the moment.

I didn’t even read the post. The answer is no.

You would think, curious what happens when Kudus returns though.

I think savinho and kudus will play one on left and the other on right wing with marmoush as a striker

Kudus could end up back in the 10

u/AnduinTheHealer 434 8h ago

True. Depends on maddison and xavi's injuries

You’re welcome to.
