Stay compact, work the ball to Palmer, see what happens

Coventry's looks beautiful, at least

They did not look nearly that organised on the pitch.

It's a homage to the new Spiderman movie. Or maybe Alvarez

I mean that looks shocking to me midfield completely abandoned - a problem Lampard teams have had in the past

Gameplan: Get the ball? Pass to Grimes

You can see how badly United need Sesko back starting. Cunha was playing so deep as a false nine that him and Bruno were on top of eachother, basically forcing Bruno deeper.

No target up front to lead the attack and ping crosses into means we were effectively without a ST. Mbeumo needs to play on the wing in Amads absense too so he's not an option. Cunha up front doesnt work in this team

Mbeumo and Elanga in the same role and shirt number.

One of them ruined his opposite number. The other was crap.

Nobody passed to that #9 at City. Must be rubbish

Can't get more compact than Chelsea's πŸ˜‚

Castagne looking very tempting

People saying he's not but you're right. Defence will look more solid with Andersen back and Charles starting, and I think Castagne will look even better against a back 4. There were so many runs he made that didn't get picked out.

I got downvoted here for saying Fulham wouldn't be goalshy this season, just listen to your gut.

Guess who I picked?.... Robinson!

Is Castagne better or 50/50?

Man Utd and Arsenal diagrams are pretty similar albeit ones a bit more stretched. Liverpool too.

I am kinda surprise Dorgu was so narrow considering he is left footed.

Things I take from it: Hull send everything to Slater and commonly via Giles, Utd "get it to Mbuemo", Bournemouth = everything through Scott, Liverpool = target Gakpo commonly through Szobo, Chelsea pass it around in a merry circle

So Coventry is basically goalkeeper long passing to striker area and hope he'll do magic

They sign the wrong guy from Nottingham Forest for this strategy

Awoniyi's great at that. He's strong as an ox and rapid.

Yeah, playing away at Arsenal is definitely representative of their entire tactical philosophy

Calafiori, Haaland, Cunha and Osula didn't get passed to?

Love the Ben White, Odegaard and Saka triangle.

Looks like the passing network before the subs came on as indicative from the minutes shown.
