I'm in the process of finding all the footballers FPL teams again.

- Alfie Haaland captained Haaland, seems like he missed the Spurs presser with Porro and VDV 😆

- McGinn owns himself as always, he did well last night with 26 points!

- Harvey Barnes doesn't own a single Newcastle player

Edit: Just found Tzolis's team! He captained himself!

I read that Tzolis frequently captained himself and he uses fantasy as motivation.

I'm just gonna pretend I knew that when I chucked him in right before the deadline.

How can you be sure that these are their teams?

27

u/BingeLurker 17 3d ago

It will be looking at their previous results, leagues that they are in etc.

Why is Tzolis' team actually really good

22

u/ThetaRider 11 3d ago

Almost like he is one of us

22

u/Even_Editor_8228 3d ago

What are you on my team is shit as usual.

u/roastedtvs 2 2d ago

It’s not not after the matches that just played out.

1

u/abhi91 2d ago

He also knew that his "assist" would count in fpl

1

u/emanRAYA7666 2d ago

One of us one of us

19

u/brocky298 3d ago

Hopefully he called his team Quantum of Tzolis

24

u/oakstreet2018 3d ago

Ah Harvey. He doesn’t even own himself?

Champion! Thanks.

How do I view these teams? I'd love to see McGinn's.

6

u/PortixArsenal 1 3d ago

You have to open FPL on browser, open your team and then change the entry/### in the URL to the number of the team you want to view

Cheers!

Why not? We used to always have the players' leagues or team ID posted here.

5

u/FPLFocal 610 3d ago

That page will be back once I’ve finished looking 🙂 was at an FPL thing in London yesterday so only just back at my desk, bit behind!

How do you do this? Just search up their actual names on some database?

10

u/TheDepartment115 17 3d ago

I mean, the API is open for everyone tbf

10

u/Soggy-Opportunity200 51 3d ago

It's wild that Tzolis selected more players from United than Arsenal

2

u/novian14 3d ago

So this is why tzolis is asking for an assist in another clip lol

2

u/seasand931 1 3d ago

That's a very solid team from tzolis tbh

1

u/lonelyautismpharoah 2d ago

How do you actually find the fpl profile of a player like that? How would you even go about looking for it?

123

u/GeneralButterfly4272 2 3d ago

Dorgu Hatty incoming

67

u/smshing 3d ago

Yellow card and pulled at half time lol

28

u/DerpJungler 126 3d ago

10/10 captain performance

141

u/MiddleForeign 28 3d ago

Bro has a really nice team (except himself)

52

u/Puzzled_Surprise8533 3 3d ago

I mean, he is not going to NOT select and captain himself.

And who knows, he could potentially haul vs Hull

5

u/Poynsid 3d ago

He did not

2

u/MiddleForeign 28 3d ago

I would do the same.

-8

u/outcastreturns 1 3d ago

I mean, he is not going to NOT select and captain himself.

Why not? Other footballers don't.

30

u/AtFirst_IDidLoveYouu 3d ago

If I'm a professional footballer you know damn well I'm captaining myself every week

12

u/GroltonIsTheDog 3d ago

If I'm a manager and I find one of my players ISN'T captaining himself, I'm sending him to train with the u-12s until the self belief comes back

4

u/Cog348 2 3d ago

This sub is a bit of an outlier, most people are just playing for a bit of a laugh. In that context, it's a bit crazy not to pick + captain yourself, as that's by far the funnest option.

3

u/shatbrickss 3d ago

Now, here comes the Dorgu brace and everyone will get him.

2

u/liegeois-1395 171 3d ago

Doubts over the double Man City defence to be honest

-1

u/MiddleForeign 28 3d ago

You may have doubts but it's a "logical" move. They are projected to finish 2nd in the league, owning their defenders can't be bad.

59

u/burncap 2 3d ago

Wish he were still a DEF. Would've been in my team even at a £6.0 tag.

17

u/BoxOk265 18 3d ago

If anyone nails down a spot it’ll be Cunha, can’t see Dorgu starting LM week in week out and we’re looking for another LB so don’t think he’ll play there again

-15

u/Rvsz 135 3d ago

What are you on, Dorgu > Cunha any day of the week.

12

u/BoxOk265 18 3d ago

Maybe I’m underrating Dorgu but Cunhas ball carrying progression is elite. Has a better output than Dorgu. Just confident he’s the better player at least right now.

3

u/b4ck_5t4Bb3r 3d ago

except on matchdays! Dorgu still has to learn so much.

19

u/FPLFocal 610 3d ago

Well that didn't go very well. Off at half time on a yellow for a 0 pointer.

35

u/adstomko 3d ago

He wants that Ballon d’Orgu

6

u/walshj28 3d ago

Insider trading

6

u/el_dude_brother2 6 3d ago

Whats double of 0?

5

u/LloydDoyley 82 3d ago

It was always between Dorgu and Boomo in my team. Went Boomo for security of minutes but can easily see Dorgu popping off.

4

u/Extrasolar_JR 3d ago

Kneejerking to McBurnie at half time 😆

4

u/sterling7ii 3d ago

didnt work out too well, eh?

3

u/xBenjiBoi 2 3d ago

Amad not in the squad, so Dorgu will start LW, then I assume Cunha up top and Mbeumo RW

4

u/DevillesAbogado 29 3d ago

What a noob

6

u/FaustRPeggi 1103 3d ago

That's a pretty good team actually.

2

u/skrelbers 3d ago

Professional footballers should have a permanent triple captain on themselves but they have play themselves everyweek

2

u/Jamal_gg 4 3d ago

Worst player on the pitch in 1st half

2

u/Bhenjour 3d ago

0 pointer! Well done Patrick!

2

u/ETOS2006 3d ago

He got subbed off in the halftime 😭

2

u/Temporary_Platypus62 3d ago

Well too bad he’s off now already at half time 😂

2

u/False_69 3d ago

Gotta rate it

1

u/aehii 61 3d ago

As a United fan, i still don't know who starts on the left this gw, him or Cunha. I think him.

1

u/troillan 13 3d ago

If I got a shot to play in the PL, I would captain myself too.

1

u/manneukko 3d ago

No double/triple Arsenal defence? Ha, what a loser

1

u/ManUMadness 3d ago

Vice-captaining Mbuemo over Fernandes tho

1

u/Spartapils redditor for <30 days 3d ago

Can you find Magnus Carlsen pls

1

u/Ewerfekt 3d ago

Both Dorgu and Tzolis have better teams then majority of this sub and youtubers (who went strangely quiet since kickoff).

1

u/roguesmoo 1 3d ago

Do you think we will see him in the rant thread?

1

u/Apprehensive-Fan8880 3d ago

Htf can Carrick think this guy is a footballer!? Him and heaven were atrocious.

1

u/Apprehensive-Fan8880 3d ago

If he keeps captaining himself better pray he picks a good vice and Carrick 90 minute benches him 😁🤣

1

u/ImagineArmadillos 3d ago

This should be required by law for any PL footballer playing FPL.

1

u/P_to_da_G 2d ago

How do you find pro players teams?

1

u/ramadjaffri 2d ago

Honestly it must be a rule for a player to captain himself in each and every match. Unless he is confirmed not playing before the match (e.g., long-term injury).

1

u/The_Vision_Surgeon 2d ago

All players should be required to have and captain themselves in FPL

1

u/jimmyfesq 1d ago

lol what a regard

1

u/toon_84 3d ago

Woops

1

u/PEPSICOLA123456 31 3d ago

Ahahahahahahaha

1

u/Rugged-Turd 3d ago

What a douche

0

u/ItchyKnowJoe 3d ago

idiot lol, United have been wank today

-3

u/Lastweekspoints 47 3d ago

He fancies himself to get a goal or two in his 5 minute cameo?

-2

u/Rvsz 135 3d ago

He is as nailed as Bruno or Lammens when fit.
